Make a splash with us this summer in our Color Splash art camp! Take a closer look at the vibrant artwork on view in Alma W. Thomas: Everything Is Beautiful and create marvelous masterpieces inspired by the artist’s use of repetition, pattern, rhythm, and color. Experiment with various materials and a rainbow of colors while you paint, sculpt, and weave a world of color for five art-filled days! Celebrate Alma Thomas’s love for nature and bring it indoors by painting your own vases and flower pots in her signature style, and creating three-dimensional painted paper flowers. Discover printmaking and painting techniques to create your own artwork and collage to produce amazing mosaics!
Cost: $180 for Museum Members, $225 for non-members

The camp week runs Monday-Friday. Drop-off begins at 9:45. Pick-up is at 4pm. All participants must be fully signed in and out by a parent or authorized individual. Participants are responsible for bringing their own lunch.
