Sound Bath with Kayce Laine

This event is no longer on sale.

Thursday October 21

7:30 PM  –  8:30 PM

Leave behind the busyness of your day for a meditative experience and a soothing journey through sound. During the NEON Festival, the Chrysler Museum will host its first sound bath.  Kayce Laine—a certified sound healer, crystal healer, and Reiki practitioner—will guide the group through gentle movement and a brief, relaxing meditation followed by a sound bath using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, a gong, and theta chimes. The crystal singing bowls correlate with the body's seven main chakras to realign the body and deeply relax the mind. Be sure to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow to create a comfortable space for yourself.

$8 for members/ $10 for non-members

Registration is required. Capacity is limited to 20 participants.
